rknn3399pro debian系统apt安装ros报错找不到包

直接添加源然后更新 然后安装ros-noetic-desktop？ 这个好像不行呀

不可以源码安装吗？ 我之前用的NX做ros有的包就需要源码编译，或者直接python版本也是一个思路
