尝试装了很多依赖！

dnf install python3-matplotlib.aarch64

尽量不要用pip3安装，pip3上的很多安装程序对aarch64不友好。
dnf只要能搜到的一定能装得上。

dnf装不上，没有匹配项！

解决方法：
1、dnf install -y freetype-devel
2、下载matplotlib的源码运行python3 setup.py install 或者pip3 install matplotlib
