2. 请先烧最新固件，早期工厂的固件有bug

1、设置固定IP：我们根据百度里面提供的的方法设置了，不行，（跟你提供的链接里面的方法一样的）所以才来论坛咨询【不好意思之前没说清楚】
2、新板子通过串口连接报这个错，然后我们烧录了论坛上最新的固件，版本：RK3399ProX-Release-V3.0   烧录完成后，还是报这个错，所以，我们想确认一下，是不是板子硬件有问题，是否可以更换新板子，谢谢

从Log上看，以太网的PHY芯片可能有问题。

淘宝客服让我们跟论坛工程师确认一下，如果确实板子有问题，就更换新板子，谢谢
