rk3588 opencv 打开视频报错，请问如何解决

首先官方原生opencv不会打开rga，这里打开了rga，说明你用了第三方代码去做了优化，不是Debian官方固件。
这里问题就是他使用的rga优化的地方写的有bug，请向该代码的开发者报对应bug。
