RK1808 npu usage information

You can check it out by logging into 1808, which is a standard linux.

Command 'cat /proc/meminfo' about checking memory usage.
Command 'cat /sys/kernel/debug/clk/clk_summary' about checking all clock.

Their memory is shared,  I did not see the 1g+1g description on the page you provided.
