TYPE C0 设置为USB3.0

参考了说明文档，将typeC0改成USB3.0 Host；发现无法工作；检测不到设备的插入。
设备电源正常？
使用的是toybrick-prox核心板通过外扩底板实现。

从日志来看，应该是HOST对了，但是无法识别到设备插入。
此口当升级是可以的，有boot模式能检测到loader设备。证明USB2.0的硬件是OK的。

马上remove掉了

也遇到了同样的问题，有没有解决方案了？
