opencv采集的视频没走硬件解码？

翻了几个帖子，关于硬件解码的比较少。
代码也是这个代码

echo 0x0100 > /sys/module/rk_vcodec/parameter/debug 来打开硬解码调试信息，看下日志就知道有没有走硬解码 -----》没有打印日志，为什么呢？ 帧率非常低现在，应该是cpu解码了。。

感谢回复， 下载下来autoconf的时候，报了很多缺的东西，这个组件编译前有没有需要安装的包列表？我统一下载一下，谢谢。github上面没有介绍编译的方法
