【求助】rk3399pro开发板插上USB，电脑无法识别

现象1：插上Type-C后，按住recovery键，官方提供的升级工具始终显示“没有发现设备”。

现象2：windows10电脑显示USB设备不正常：
设备管理器显示“未知usb设备(端口重置失败)”

现象3：开发板的Type-C连接ubuntu系统，USB也不正常。

现象4：Type-C连接主机时，RK3399PRO的串口打印如下：

备注：周五还可以烧录固件的。今天在loader里面执行了如下命令后就发现USB坏了= =

求助1：官方有出现过这种问题吗？会不会是USB硬件模块坏了。
求助2：如果USB硬件没有正常，我现在该如何升级loader+boot_linux+rootfs呢。

按下maskrom键，进入maskrom模式；然后使用烧录工具正常烧录固件启动，现在可以使用USB正常烧录了

不知道为何rk3399pro会把uboot的命令模式给禁用了。想用这个开发板学习一下uboot的流程
