There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

No module named yum

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.7.15 (default, Oct 15 2018, 15:01:40)
[GCC 8.1.1 20180712 (Red Hat 8.1.1-5)]

这种问题你去fedora社区问比较好吧，我们只是个芯片厂家。。。
我们只能维护自己出去的包。不是很建议在操作系统上去升级python版本，会有很多系统库不匹配造成其他问题的。
