3568 debian 系统用python开发没方法硬件解码吗

您好，我用大华的摄像头，如果摄像头如果开启了智能编码功能，H265和H264解码会报错。toybrick的版本是0.5.10，硬件是3588 debian11版本。这个是否要怎么操作？
