RK3568烧录运行起来有问题

烧录固件包为官方提供的，链接地址为百度企业网盘-企业云盘-企业云存储解决方案-同步云盘 (baidu.com)。TB-RK3568X。
烧录工具为RKDevTool.exe。

主板为TB-RK3568X0-D(4GB+32GB)。


烧录后单板运行起来报错，卡在了uboot上，报错日志如下所示。












请问一下这是什么问题呀？有什么方式可以解决呢?
