fedora系统root账户的登录密码是？如何获取管理员权限？

我用这个登录不了呢,报如下的错误

Install the project...
-- Install configuration: "Release"
CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:41 (file):
  file cannot create directory: /usr/local/share/licenses/opencv4.  Maybe
  need administrative privileges.
然后尝试各种网上的办法进入root失败呢，报如下的错误
toybrick@debian10:~$ sudo su
sudo: /usr/bin/sudo must be owned by uid 0 and have the setuid bit set

我是为了拷贝安装好的一些文件到/usr/bin, /usr/include,也就是usr,下面的bin,include,lib,share的文件夹下面，于是我就执行了，
sudo chmod -R 777 include/
sudo chmod -R 777 bin/
sudo chmod -R 777 lib/
sudo chmod -R 777 share/
chmod -R 777 share/

然后再往上找了一下办法也没有解决，使用往上给出的办法如下
chown root:root /usr/bin/sudo && chmod 4755 /usr/bin/sudo

su - root
chown root:root /usr/bin/sudo
使用这两个命令也没有解决

使用root作为用户名登录输入toybrick是报错的，请问要怎么办呢？
